One-off pane replacement
Sometimes simply replacing a piece of glass is the solution.
Glass breaks
The crack in this window was on the inside pane, but it allowed moisture-bearing air into the window and caused unsightly fogging/clouding, ruined the insulating properties of the dual-pane window, and would also become a water-liability over time.
Take care of the property!
After removing the sash, we masked the hole in the wall to minimize dust, bugs, or possible rain entering the building while we worked.
Good as new
We were able to identify the correct part from the original manufacturer for this one - making for a smooth install and a perfect fit.
Finally, a little window cleaner goes a long way at the end!
