What We Offer

  • Simple scope: replace the windows and exterior trim. Modest to medium sized windows. Typically vinyl or fiberglass.

    Pricing will vary widely depending on window manufacturer, type, and grade. Our prices range approximately:

    Good: $2,250 per unit

    Better $3,200 per unit

    Best $4,000+ per unit

  • The scope includes replacing window units, possible interior trim work, custom window sizes, and other additional factors (such as an entry door). Typically fiberglass windows.

    Pricing will vary widely depending on many factors including window manufacturer, type, and grade. Our prices range approximately:

    Good: $2,500 per unit

    Better $3,800 per unit

    Best $4,500+ per unit

  • Scope typically includes new windows and siding.

    We offer full-service, full-scope exterior re-siding in tandem with window replacements, for a long-term investment in your home’s envelope and exterior appeal.

    This might include soffits and fascias, interior trim work, entry doors, and more. Typically fiberglass or wood-clad units.

    Pricing will vary widely. Our prices range approximately:

    Good: $2,500 per unit + $15/square foot

    Better $3,800 per unit + $18/square foot

    Best $4,500+ per unit + $25+/square foot

  • If you have one or two broken panes, we can take care of that!

    We take $100 down payment to come out and take measurements, then we order the glass and schedule the replacement.

    $40 - $70 per square foot

    $600-$1,000 per pane (typical window size)

Usually over a brief phone-call. We gather information such as:

  • New unit needs and desires

  • Budget or price range

On-site inspection

After an initial phone call, we send someone to your home to:

  • Inspect existing units and take photos

  • Measure existing units

  • Gather additional information

Proposal

We send a detailed proposal with an estimated price.

Pre-construction

If you would like to partner with us, we will collect either a deposit or a pre-construction fee, and finalize scope, selections, and pricing.

After that we order units and it’s off to the races!
